HILL, JR. chill@star-telegram.com Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens, one of the most colorful and controversial players in the National Football League, will be among several celebrities featured in a CNBC documentary entitled “Newbos: The Rise of America’s New Black Overclass,” which premieres Tuesday, Feb. 24. The one-hour show will profile young, multi-millionaire blacks and the challenges and opportunities that come with their first generation wealth.
