all the penalties big flo is getting, gotta give him props, i have been hard on him but he done well of late. too bad the rest of the team can't stop getting them. i am thankful we are getting past them though, for now. if this team is going to have their first successful december in recent memory they are going to have to clean that up.

Sounds like you have turned the emotional corner now with this team, Kevin. Good...as they are pointed the right direction. Both in management, coaching, and use of players...and the players are doing their very best impersonation of a real Champion. Now, they have to win one!!

emotional corner? are you kidding me? not even close.
i am still very disappointed in our WRs. the offense is inconsistent to say the least. the defense is less that way but they have focus issues to be certain. no CC, i am not drinking the kool-aide. i am hoping for the best but i am nowhere near declaring any kind of impression worthy of mentioning in the same sentence with the word champion.
they have dodged a few bullets. both the offensive and defensive units have laid several eggs. yet they lead the division. that does carry weight! december will tell the tale. hopefully by the end of it we will both be optimistic about our chances in the playoffs. right now, i am still not there. not even close.
having said that, i would rather be us than most other teams in the league. we do have potential. the RBs & TEs can carry the WRs. the defense can be dominate. same with the special teams. will they play that way? we'll see. **fingers crossed!**

Ark, we see things, now, a lot differently. I get excited when I see that this team has the ability, and have proven it, to be competitive. I then enjoy watching them succeed or not...but know that the game will be good. That is exciting for me...and there doesn't have to be a perfect record such as what New Orleans or Indianapolis have at present. I don't feel intimidated by their records, as even those teams have tough areas they have to work out of also. I'm thinking that starting this Sunday, Dallas has a very good run through December. Realisticly, they ONLY have to win two more games to make it into the playoffs...but I'm holding out for four more wins. We'll just see how things play out against New Orleans. I don't see these Cowboys folding against San Diego, or the Giants for that matter. Dallas is up to another round with both Washington and Philadelphia...so, I'm feeling great about this stretch run.

Whistling and graveyards...let's see, Philadelphia has TWO starters out of it's secondary already missing the Denver misplant. Then on the offensive side, a week without both Jackson and Westbrook and against a very game Atlanta team that has everything on the line...and you mention whistling?

Has anyone mentioned the third starting middle linebacker in a defense that had troubles shutting down Washington?

looks like Atlanta will be without ryan and turner, so the E-girls might catch a break

You just never know, Chris Redman may have the game of his life?
Kind of like, "Ole Red," had the game of his life, on one, (Thanksgiving,) Thursday afternoon

C'mon nown Talon, your third stringers are great players right...and your top runner and receiver means nothing. You want a box of rocks for Christmas, right?

A decade is a long way to carry a picture of the past year or so, NFL. As to winning of the Cowboys, Philadelphia hasn't matched the record over the past three seasons. That time when Wade came into the picture. Even with a couple of blown opportunities in the playoffs.
I think that at some point, the fancy dan and allways 'attacking' style of Philadelphia will just start to be handled. That, and the West Coast dominance of 'big plays' will get covered as well. A very large number of stretch and edge type plays as well....
Our Cowboys will just continue to walk 'their own' path.
