Archer Blog:Robert Brewster to reserve PUP
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LINK
Todd Archer
Officially, rookie tackle Robert Brewster will miss season with a torn pectoral muscle now that he has been shifted to the reserve/physically unable to perform list.
Brewster had been on active/PUP since training camp with the Cowboys leaving a small window open for his return. They had until the ninth game to activate him off the PUP list to give him an additional three weeks of practice time but never did. As a result he automatically moved to reserve/PUP.
It was all really moot. Brewster has only recently started to lift weights with his upper body after undergoing surgery over the summer. He's said he is using this year to re-shape his body and get ready for 2010.
Some of you wanted an update on the other injured rookies. Linebacker Stephen Hodge is in the early rehab stages from microfracture surgery on his knee and Brandon Williams is doing the same from the repair of a torn anterior cruciate ligament. __________________

How many times have the Cowboys drafted an OL. Only for that player, to end up on injured reserve?
