Here's OC Eric R.:
I start the game with T.O. and RW wide, Witten at TE, and MBIII and Fe-Jo in the backfield.
I start Fe-Jo in motion and line him up wide. T.O. slides into the slot.
I play action to MBIII (Up the middle). Fe-Jo goes deep, T.O. and witten cross, RW does an out route, Romo throws to whomever is open!
After that I throw again! Staying aggressive.
I use miss direction tosses to Fe-Jo and let the 'Skins get a dose of speed right off the bat. I would run outside to lossen up the "Skins D'.
T.O. would be in constant motion to avoid the jam and I'd let RW and Witten work underneath.
As the game progresses and the D' can't load the box or commit extra rushers, I gouge them with the "Barbarian" on a solid dose of hammer em up the gut runs. Then I play action the 'Skins to death and attack them deep.
In goal line situations I again utilize play action and get our TE's involved on the goal line. Heck, we have the leagues best TE and a monster Rookie TE to overmatch chasing LB's.
The key to this game early is to get the ball to our speed guys, then wear down the 'Skins with our power game.
All this of course hinges on the O-Line, but if Romo can buy time, he needs to trust his playmakers and foget trying to be perfect. Get rid of the ball quickly or tuck it 'n' run. But he must get the ball to our WR's and TE and not worry about perfection.
And Romo, one more thing...
FORGET TOM BRADY!
Forget all the offseason mularky about "Standing tall" and "Being stationary in the pocket" and play Tony Romo Football. If You make some mistakes playing YOUR game I can at least live with that.
