The Dallas Cowboys haven't received much bang for their buck after trading a first-round draft choice to the Detroit Lions for WR Roy Williams.
In three games, Williams has three catches for 38 yards and one touchdown. But that is hardly his fault. Lack of stability at QB and lack of playing time has hurt his production thus far in his short Dallas career.
"It's frustrating for me, because I'm on the sidelines," Williams said. "You can't do nothing on the sidelines. That's frustrating for me. I feel like I'm in high school."

When all these weapons are on the field together there maybe a case of paralysis by analysis , as to who gets the touches , both by the qb and the oc. Let's just see how it plays itself out . We'll get enough sideline head shots to read the atmosphere involved. Everyone will want Romo's ear .

I am hoping that Roy will have learned enough of the offense by next Sunday to start. Things should really open up with Romo and Felix back on the field and with the addition of Williams.
I keep predicting big blow outs from this team and am expecting on next Sunday but it hasn't really manifested yet. We'll see next week though.
Getting Romo back is huge but I'd also like to see Kyle Kosier return to the starting lineup. His loss has been a major impact for the O-Line and the offense in general. Why we have stuck with proctor at LG is beyond me as he has stunk for the most part. We traded for Holland but he has only seen spot duty filling in for Davis last week.
Flozell Adams has also been hurting and I hope he is fully recovered by next Sunday as we can't afford to have him play the way he has lately down the stretch.

With all the weapons we have coming back there is really no excuse for anything but a great offensive effort. Wade said that Roy Williams knows all the offense and is ready to go. Now it is time for Garrett to pull the trigger and get him involved as a starter, period. Kyles return is a huge one, this coming from a guy who has been trying to replace him since he got here. We really need to go heavy on islb, nt, and offensive lineman in nhext years draft. Possibly a big banger fullback to boot. Prossman

Sign me up for both a huge nose tackle, and two middle linebackers. I would be willing to trade both SS Roy Williams and MLB Bobby Carpenter for a first round pick...and go from there.
Having TO, Jason Witten, Roy Williams, and Felix Jones in the same passing attack seems almost cruel to opponents. I can't wait until Sunday, to see Tony Romo start developing a Super Bowl caliber of an attack.
You know, I actually hope that Adam Jones reunites with the team, and we have a full spectrum of healthy players in the Dallas secondary through the end of the season also.

Thru the grapevine, I hear adam jones will be reinstated, and that Jerry will give him one LAST shot. No body guards, no special treatment, and screw up one time and your outta here. So pacman finally gets to be a adult and reap what he sows, good or bad. Prossman

That's great, Pross...and I am glad for all concerned. If he fails this time, there is NO excuse. I hope he has a long Cowboy career. I really do.

Back to Erics OT,,, Williams adds the final piece to what should become an offensive beast the rest of the way. There really is no more room for excuses. This team come back as healthy as it has been since the start of the season, Kosier, T-New, Felix, Romo, thats a lot of missing pieces coming back healthy. Defenses cant double everyone and Williams addition to a stable of pass catchers causes major mismatches. Crayton was a decent number 2, but not enough of a factor that his presence would alter a defensive game plan. A decent number 2, now becomes a great number 3. Its a numbers game, and the trickle down affect translates into someone being wide open more times than not. Again,,, NO Excuses! If Garrett can't be creative with this offensive group now, the Princton grad needs to enroll for a few more credits.

...fire. I keep hearing about the boy genius, HC in waiting, and after the NFL went thru his first 10 games and figured out what he was doing and how to stop it ,since then we have been plain average. Jason Garrett wanted another weapon Roy 11, and he got it. There is only so much we can do personnel wise now. Garret..... make it happen, NOW! honeymoons over Dallas NEEDS results. Prossman
