Here is a direct question Ark. What percentage of thier family income did the great, wonderful, benevolent Obamas give for the year reported for the election? Embrace that.

a better question is how much did you give, and how often? i do not care what 'people' do, it doesn't change what the right thing to do is. if you can watch people struggle knowing you could do more that wouldn't surprise me a bit, but as for me, and my wishes for my government, i want to see my country hold the welfare of its people as a priority!

Heres the thing. There is definitely a need for assistance programs in this county. But the biggest problem is the system is broken. The system is not set up to help a person when they are down. It is set up to keep them down. If you lose your job and go try to get help they tell you you can not own a car and you must get rid of it. What is that about? So you get rid of your car now you can not go look for work. It makes no since. On the other hand we have people living off the system that have no desire to get better. I for one advocate a drug testing system in order to get assistance. Not only that once or twice a week they should have to do community service to at least earn some of what they are getting.

You ARK are the one who stated conservatives weren't giving and now you won't address the question I've asked you 3 times. You are now officially a "tool". You are a typical lib and live in the world of results don't matter only as long as your intentions are good. So talk your platitudes somewhere else 'cuz I know they are BS.

your question's answer is obviously rhetorical. i have given my thoughts, if they are not what you want them to be, whose problem is that? further, you have avoided my queries into you! if you have a point to your question, make it! your stat's are irrelevant to me, and i said as much in my earlier post, giving reasons why. there is a big difference between avoiding and dismissing!! worry about your own question avoiding! it seems to me that you are a self righteous, unsympathetic person and you continue to evade that issue! could it be that you are proud of being that way? sad and pathetic!!!

When you lose an arguement attack, attack attack. Barrack gave less than 1% of his income to charity. That, is truly pathetic.

again, i am speaking in terms of principle and not individuals. but in terms of individual's i can speak for myself and i have said i give often despite being financially challenged. i further give of my time. i have been a mentor for 8 years. i have had my character vouched for. you have done NOTHING but point fingers. what do you give besides lip service and antagonism? why do you frown on social safety nets? greed? a cold heart? you call me a tool for your perceived avoidance of questions and yet you have been avoiding my question for 2 pages of this thread, what does that make you?
